Approve your quote
We confirm scope, timing, delivery costs, and any condition concerns before work begins. Your online estimate is a starting point.
Pack and send
After confirmation, we send the address privately. Label tapes, cushion them in a sturdy box, include your order reference, and use tracked shipping. Keep photos of your labels and packing.
Receive, log and transfer
We record what arrives, inspect the media, and carry out the transfer and quality checks. Damaged media or extra work is discussed before additional charges.
Download or receive your USB
Cloud delivery provides a download link for 14 days from the delivery notice. Save your own copy before it expires. USB delivery includes a drive sized for your files; both gives you both options.
Choose what happens to originals
Return of originals is the default. Return arrangements and shipping costs are confirmed privately. Discarding requires a separate, explicit written request after you have received and checked your digital files.

A one-time delivery fee with a drive included. There is no monthly charge for the drive.

Beyond the first 25 GB, each additional started 25 GB adds $5 for cloud, $5 for USB, or $8 for both. We measure the files after transfer and confirm additional fees before proceeding. Digitization starts at $18 per tape or disc with a $45 minimum order. Shipping is separate.
Optional private memory backup
Planned pricing: $5/month per started 25 GB while subscribed. For example, up to 50 GB would be $10/month. This is separate from digitization and delivery.
The intended backup service will keep an organized copy behind customer sign-in. Archived videos must be private to the customer; team access will require permission for specific files, a time limit, and an option to revoke it. Interest in backup is not permission to view your videos.
Video storage, customer video accounts, and subscription checkout are not yet available on this website. You can request availability with your quote; no payment or subscription starts when you do.

To digitize physical media, our team must handle the tapes and perform transfer checks. Access to a future archived video page is separate: support should be granted by you, not assumed from placing an order. No customer videos are published on this website.
We provide shipping instructions privately after confirmation. Your contact details are used to reply and coordinate your order. Email us to request deletion or ask a privacy question.
Shipping and original tapes
Customers pay shipping to us and agreed return shipping. The price depends on parcel size, weight, distance, carrier, and whether originals and a USB are being returned. Ask for a shipping estimate before sending anything.
Can you discard my original tapes?
Only after a separate written request, once you have received and checked your digital files. We do not assume permission to discard originals. Return is the default.
What happens if I miss the download window?
Contact us as soon as possible. Another download may depend on whether a copy is still available; a subscription backup is a separate planned service, not automatic with cloud delivery.
How long will my order take?
We confirm turnaround with your quote based on media quantity, condition and the current workload. Tell us about any deadline before confirming.
